An alignment based class focused on building the knowledge and techniques of the fundamental asanas (poses). Poses are held longer with the purpose of building physical and mental awareness and stability. Breathwork and Mindfulness practices are embedded within the practice. Props such as the wall, blocks and straps may be used to gain sensitivity of ones body without over stretching. Suitable for beginner and intermediate students.
